Return Window

We are obsessed with your happiness, and for that reason we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy to make sure you can focus on the road ahead.

After we receive the return, it is expected to be processed and delivered (usually within 72 hours after sorting completed) just as our standard shipping terms.

We will process refund payments within 7 business days and it can take up to 10 working days for the payment quote depending on your payment method. You will then be emailed when your return is processed.

Regular Exclusions and Status Constraints

  • No refund or replacements are available for personalized and custom orders;
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • The packing slip must be included and all returned items, ordered as well as the complimentary item(s), must be in unused, unwrinkled condition, not damaged and resell-able.
  • Please return the shoe sole and upper without this scratches.

We have the right to reject returns/refunds that do not meet these conditions.

Return Postage and Alteration Fees

Please keep in mind that by shipping an item back to us, the customer is responsible for covering both original and return postage costs. For return instructions please click this link

Our team reviews measurements for custom orders with your height and weight taken into account, and will make suggestions if necessary. If you want to keep the measurements that we have so far, I will move forward from here. But if the measurements provide are accurate and do not fit well — there will be a very minor charge for any alterations due to us having Alteration Insurance policy.

We just want to get you the right jacket on the first shot. But if your custom order doesn’t fit, the first alteration is free.

How We Think Next For Mutual Success

Creating made to order custom (bespoke) jackets requires detailed tailoring that guarantees your true satisfaction. Common issues for returning are what we want to address our processes around;

Design & Fabric: We will send pictures of the final product so that you can approve before we ship your order. In this you can check over the design, material or stitching before we send it out to you.

Sizing: When you place your custom order, our Customer Service agent asks for measurements of your body. Please check the sizing guide to ensure that you obtain accurate measurements. If you take good measurements, it is virtually impossible to have a bad size. However, if the jacket doesn’t fit snugly when it gets to you one complimentary alteration applies. — But shipping the jacket to us would be charged

Refund

All custom orders are final sale and we do not take returns for refunds. Custom order are tailored made for you so kindly appreciate the nature in which it is. Your details, down to style, main material & accessories must all be suited for — and we cannot resell custom pieces.
