Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 2 days of making it by requesting cancellation from the My Order page.

But if your order has already been shipped, or is under customs clearance then you cannot cancel the order. In these cases, you will have to accept it and immediately plan its subsequent return.

If our Customer Support Team has confirmed timely delivery in advance for your order, then no cancellations could be accepted once the order is placed because of extra measures we take to deliver items on time.

We have a huge variety of products, sometimes something may slip by us and the price will get listed wrong. We will refund you any price difference if a product is correctly priced at lower than what you paid. If the correct price of an item you ordered is higher than our stated price, we will contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you that we have done so. We are not obliged to supply the item at the incorrect (lower) price.
